This class is only offered to those who have completed Mindfulness Part 1, The Virtues.
Drawing upon the lessons learned and the practices followed in the Virtues of Mindfulness Program we are now in a position to further explore the interactions between our mind, brain and body. We examine how we think and why we think what we think and how to overcome the destructive influences in our lives. We will devote time for reflection, contemplation and questions. Please review the Virtues of Mindfulness booklet before commencing the class.

There are 3 different levels for course fees.
• 1st session is Free if it is your first course at the Mind Recovery College™
• For students with a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) package that includes centre based group activities, payment of course fees is expected to come out of your support package so mention this when enrolling.
• For others this course is $309.92 for 8 one and a half hour session
