Being discharged from services is a positive step forward in your recovery but can be a challenging or unsettling experience. This six week course aims to support you to make sense of the experience and to develop skills to manage the transition as smoothly as possible. We will consider what helps you to manage the process of discharge. We will provide an opportunity for you to develop your own individual plan for discharge and beyond. This course is also for supporters (carers, friends or family) and staff who wish to learn about how to support people to plan for a life beyond services.
