A journal is not a diary and journaling is not just for writers! The ability to record your thoughts and feelings; whether through doodling, writing, scrapbooking or drawing, can be a great tool in recovery. The act of taking our feelings and putting them onto paper, in whatever form, can be empowering and freeing.
This course will help you develop ideas for fitting journaling into your recovery plan and your life and will include tips for writing and crafting your journal.
