Drawing upon the virtues and senses and all the various applications as studied over the first 16 weeks, we now enter into ways in which to incorporate this knowledge into our everyday life. We examine again the application of the virtues to overcome the many obstacles and difficulties we encounter in our lives. We look at more practices that can change the way that we perceive ourselves and the world around us. With our new understanding of predictive coding and brain plasticity, together with the practical application of the virtues and meditative practices we then have the opportunity to become all that we could be.

To enrol in this course, you will have to complete the virtues of mindfulness and the senses of mindfulness courses.
