In this four week course we look into many aspects of diet, nutrition and the reasons why certain foods improve our mental and emotional wellbeing. We will explore the current thinking around the connection of food to mood;including habits, culture, feelings, addictions and the link between gut and brain health. On the menu in the course is a huge dose of hope, a sprinkle of magic, a cup of science and a lot of ‘food for thought’.
